A collection of over 12 short (15 - 20 minute) videos to strengthen your core and give you a flatter tummy, there's a routine for leaner legs and better bottom, for better arms and cardio ones too to improve your fitness and tone. Not only do they really shape you up, they help heal an abdominal separation, boost your energy levels and lots more body confidence. You can do them at a time to suit you, in your living room, on holiday or outdoors. Follow at home whilst your baby naps with expert instruction so you’ll be doing the exercises correctly. A 12 week fitness plan; so you know what exercise video to do on what day.

12 week meal plan and shopping lists; so you know what and when to eat. Plus with your instant healthy shopping list buying from the supermarket or your online shopping is a breeze.
